• Yes you can! Thanks to our 15-day return policy you shop without any risks. When your replacement is processed we will send you a replacement product when the first product has arrived back to us and checked. In case you don’t want to order another product, our team will start processing your refund immediately after the return product is delivered back to us and checked.


  • Unfortunately it is not possible to return prescription lenses that were specially made for Your prescription.

Not in love with your purchase? No problem. Frames can be returned within 15 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through each step of our easy online return process.

  • The product has to be in unused or unworn condition.
  • The product must be without any damages. The lenses and the frame can not be scratched or shown marks of wear or be dirty.
  • The item must be returned in its original package with all the accessories, authenticity tags included and manufacturer seals must still be attached.
  • When sending product back to us, packaging and delivery method must be safe. Glassesly does not accept liability for products that are damaged or lost on their way back to us. Pleace, keep the certificate or bill of posting.

NOTE: Glassesly does not pay the cost of returning the product. However, in the case you would like to have the item exchanged, we will pay the cost of shipping.

NOTE: Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of prescription lenses. Lenses are tailor-made according to individual prescriptions made by third-parties. If we by any chance have put different prescription lenses than the prescription you provided us, we will change them for free.

  • We are very sorry if that has happened to you.
    We do our best to prevent such a situation. All products are carefully inspected before they are shipped to our customers. Unfortunately, eyerim does not have control over what happens during shipping.
    Please, take a picture of the damaged or faulty item and send it to us at [email protected] within 3 days upon receiving a package. Our team will provide you with further instructions as soon as possible.
    Once we receive your damaged or faulty product, we will refund the cost of your shipping expenses and send item to our supplier for a warranty check. Afterwards, we will get back to you with a conclusion.


  • If this ever happened we are terribly sorry. We do everything we can to prevent such situations. Every product we ship are carefully inspected before. Unfortunately we don’t have control over what happens after we ship.


  • If you receive faulty product please take pictures of it and send the pictures to [email protected] within 3 days upon receiving it. We will provide you with further instructions.
  • After your return is being processed we will notify you via e-mail and start with your refund. It usually takes up to 14 days. Once your refund is initiated it takes 2 to 5 working days to see the refund on yout account.
